Sherborne came from behind to earn a point against their Somerset oppenents, with the goals coming from Danny Thompson and a Andy Martin penalty.
Four minutes into the game and Ormrod should of put the hosts in front, only to be denied by the keeper. With 11 minutes on the clock, the visitors took the lead, with a smart finish into the bottom right.
Sherbs had many chances to level. Ormrod saw his header go wide, and Luke blazed over after he had created a good run. The leveller did come on the half hour mark; Luke's free-kick found Keith Emmereson at the back post who headed straight across goal for Danny Thompson to head in from close range. A few minutes later, and the Sherbs could have been in front, but for Ormrod's header going just wide.
On 58 minutes, Sherborne were awarded a penalty. Keith Emmerson's run found Ormrod and he was fouled in the box. Up stepped Andy Martin who put the Sherbs in front, with his penalty shot going in off the post. Six minutes later, Ormrod pounced onto a keeper error, but blasted over.
With 72 minutes on the clock, Street made it 2-2, when their centre back (number 5) netted in. Straight from the restart, Richardson came close with his effortt hitting the outside of the post. The last ten minutes saw end to end chances. A Street header hit the bar and bounced on the line before being cleared. A minute later, former Sherborne now Street defender, Ollie Pearson was sent off. With a player advantage, Sherbs went on the attack, and K.Emmerson's shot was well saved by the keeper. This sparked an attack from the visitors, who went up the other end, but were to be denied by Marc Lock. Final result 2-2.
